Description
A very colorful tropical butterfly native to Southwest Asia, Malaysia, Indonesia and a far South as Papua New Guinea. The males display a rich reddish-brown upperside the females are a solid tawny brown. The jagged shape of the wings along with the bright inviting oranges, red and black patterns gives the Lacewing its name and adds to its unique character.
