Buzz, buzz, buzz, the sound of Honeybees is music as they work to collect pollen on these vibrant yellow flowers at the Desert Botanical Garden. Honeybees are, unfortunately, on the decline as beekeepers all over the United States are still reporting troubling colony losses as high as 45 percent annually. Things that can help Honeybees increase their numbers are a reduction in pesticide use, growing forage plants such as Honeywort, Arroyo Lupine, and Cosmos that bloom at various times throughout the season. Fine Art America watermark will not appear on purchased artwork.
